Pogust Braslow & Millrood is a plaintiffs' law firm, where the focus of our work is to protect those who are injured by the misconduct of others and who may not have the means to pay for a lawyer up front, by the hour. Harris Pogust and Derek Braslow have been working together since 1997, and in 2005, they, along with two other attorneys, formed the firm of Cuneo, Pogust, and Mason. The firm was built around litigating pharmaceutical injury cases, including those involving antidepressants, anti-seizure drugs and antipsychotics. In the spring of 2006, the firm changed its name to Pogust & Braslow, and expanded its areas of practice to include discrimination law, as well as a broader array of personal injury cases. In January 2008, when Tobi Millrood joined the firm as a partner, the firm changed to its current name, Pogust, Braslow & Millrood, further expanding the firm's presence in pharmaceutical litigation.

Pogust Braslow & Millrood continues to represent clients from all over the country, and our mission as we see it is a simple one: to defend the rights of the those who cannot defend themselves against the misdeeds of big business, big pharma, and big healthcare.
