Andrew J. Sciolla has been a civil litigation attorney at Pogust Braslow & Millrood LLC since 2006. He has considerable experience litigating an array of cases in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Specifically, he has served as counsel for individual and classes of workers, patients, and consumers in cases including complex pharmaceutical drug and device injuries, consumer class actions, wage and hour violations, medical malpractice, and contract disputes. Andrew is committed to obtaining full and fair compensation for each of his clients and has successfully negotiated settlements on their behalf against such companies as Glaxosmithkline, Teva Pharmaceuticals, University of Phoenix, and Level 3 Communications among others. His work has also extended beyond the courtroom and into the classroom as he is an adjunct professor and trial team instructor at Drexel University's Earle Mack School of Law.
