Bharati has broad complex civil litigation experience, representing clients in mass tort, securities and consumer class action litigation in federal and state courts around the country. Notably, Bharati has second chaired a trial involving hormone replacement therapy, resulting in a verdict of $3 million; and assisted in achieving settlements in securities class actions, including In re Marvell Tech. Group Ltd. (N.D. Cal.) ($72 million) and In re Michael Baker Corp. (W.D. Pa.) ($4.5 million).
