Vaccine Injuries
Vaccines are designed to prevent illnesses. When we are vaccinated, or one of our children receives a vaccine, we expect that the vaccine is safe and will not cause any harm. - And many others
Claims processed through this program are handled by the Federal Claims Court in Washington, D.C.
In addition to the Childhood Vaccination Program, there are also lawsuits pending seeking compensation for children who received vaccines with thimerosal, a preservative containing ethyl mercury that some experts believe causes neurological disorders such as pervasive developmental disorder (PDD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and autism. The Institute of Medicine has even issued a report stating that itis "biologically plausible" that there is a causal relationship between exposure to thimerosal and autism.
